\nA former associate of Jean-Louis Borloo, he was the founding partner of Dubarry Le Douarin Veil between 1984 and 2007, before joining Eric Gaftarnik. \nHe advises and pleads before state and arbitration courts in the areas of insolvency proceedings, competition and distribution, construction, industrial risks, mainly on behalf of foreign companies established in France.\nHe holds a master’s degree in private law (Rennes) and an MBA from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises ( I.A.E.) of Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne. He taught at the I.A.E. between 1985 and 1989.\n\n
